Terms of Use

By accessing keypairinfra.com or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

• The site and its content. keypairinfra.com is an informational and business site. Its content (text, design, marks, and the "Ask KeyPair" assistant's responses) is provided for general information about KeyPair Infra and its work. We may update, change, or remove content at any time.
• "Ask KeyPair" assistant. The site offers an AI assistant that answers questions about KeyPair Infra using our published content. Its responses are generated by an automated system, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional, legal, financial, or other advice. Do not rely on them as a definitive statement of fact or as a commitment by KeyPair Infra. The assistant is powered by a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic); your questions are sent to that provider to generate a response — see Privacy.
• Acceptable use. See Acceptable Use below.
• No professional relationship. Using this site or the assistant, or contacting us, does not by itself create any consulting, advisory, or other professional relationship. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
• Third-party links. The site may link to third-party sites or services we do not control and are not responsible for.
• Intellectual property. The KeyPair Infra name, logo, and site content are owned by KeyPair Infra, LLC or its licensors. Do not reuse them without our written permission.
• Changes to these terms. We may revise these terms; the "Effective" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how KeyPair Infra, LLC handles information on keypairinfra.com. Product-specific handling is described in the product sections below.

• Analytics (cookieless). keypairinfra.com uses a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It collects aggregate, non-identifying usage data (e.g., page views, referrers, approximate performance) and does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
• Contact form. If you use the contact form, we receive the information you submit (e.g., name, email, message) to respond to your inquiry. The form is protected by a bot-prevention check (CAPTCHA) and is rate-limited. Submissions are delivered to us by email.
• "Ask KeyPair" assistant. When you ask the assistant a question, your message is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate a response, and is transiently processed by our hosting platform's AI service to match it against our own published content and ground the answer. We do not log or store conversation content ourselves; rate limits are enforced per IP address. Retention by the AI provider is governed by its API terms. Do not submit confidential or personal information you don't want processed this way, and avoid entering special-category personal data.
• Hosting / server logs. The site is served from a cloud hosting/edge platform that may process standard request metadata (e.g., IP address, user agent) transiently to deliver and secure the site.
• No sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
• Your choices / rights. To ask what personal information we hold about you, or to request its correction or deletion (for example, contact-form messages you've sent us), email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
• Children. The site is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Third-party services

To run the site and products we rely on third-party services. We keep this list current rather than rewriting the policy each time a provider changes. The services that may receive content you provide:

• AI assistant & summaries: a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) — the questions you ask the "Ask KeyPair" assistant, and (on TRONORIGIN) the analysis content summarized, are sent to it to generate a response.
• TRONORIGIN data providers: on-chain and market-data providers receive the address you query — named, with the current list, in the TRONORIGIN section below (kept as the single source so the two don't drift).

Other services — hosting/edge delivery, cookieless analytics, bot-prevention, and email delivery — process standard technical metadata or aggregate, non-identifying usage data, and are not named here. One exception: the hosting platform's on-platform AI service transiently processes the text of assistant questions to perform the content-matching step described above; it is part of the same platform that serves the site.

• No warranty. keypairinfra.com and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Not professional advice. Site content and assistant responses are general information, not legal, financial, security, compliance, or other professional advice. Do not act on them without appropriate professional review.

Acceptable Use

When using keypairinfra.com (including the assistant and contact form), you agree not to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the site, the assistant, or the contact endpoint;
• submit malware, spam, or abusive, harassing, or deceptive content;
• scrape, harvest, or automate access in violation of these terms or attempt to extract the assistant's system instructions or underlying data; or
• misuse the AI assistant to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.

We may rate-limit, block, or remove access for violations.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

8bit Token Pit (tokenpit.fun)

8bit Token Pit is operated by KeyPair Infra, LLC. The company-wide terms above apply, with the following product-specific terms and disclosures. Where they conflict, this section controls for tokenpit.fun.

Entertainment only — not financial advice

• 8bit Token Pit is an entertainment product — a retro arcade game themed around crypto tokens. It is for entertainment purposes only.
• Nothing in the game is financial, investment, or trading advice. Token names, emblems, matchups, "winners," leaderboards, animations, and any price-derived visuals are game elements, not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any token or asset, and not a prediction of any token's performance or value.
• Crypto assets are volatile and risky. Any decisions you make about real assets are your own; do your own research and consult a qualified professional.

No real-money wagering

• 8bit Token Pit is not a gambling, betting, wagering, or real-money-gaming service. You cannot wager, stake, deposit, or win money or assets through gameplay. Outcomes do not pay out and have no monetary value.

Wallet connection & no custody

• If you connect a crypto wallet, it is used to display your address and token balances, to unlock cosmetic in-game items based on the tokens you hold, and to let you optionally swap tokens through an embedded third-party widget (Jupiter). Any swap is executed by that third-party widget and authorized by you in your own wallet. 8bit Token Pit does not take custody of, control, or have access to your funds, private keys, or assets; does not sign or send transactions on your behalf; and never moves your assets without your wallet's authorization.

No relationship with Solana; trademarks

• 8bit Token Pit is an independent entertainment product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Solana Foundation, any wallet provider or price-data/DEX service it connects to, or any of the token projects referenced or depicted. "Solana," token names, symbols, and logos, and any third-party service names are used for identification and entertainment purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership.

Affiliate / sponsorship disclosure

• 8bit Token Pit displays affiliate, referral, or sponsored links (for example, in the affiliate/marquee slot or footer) and may receive compensation or referral benefits if you use them. In particular, the embedded swap widget uses a Jupiter referral, so we may earn a referral fee on swaps you make through it. Affiliate links are marked, and sponsored placements are not endorsements of any token or service.

Analytics & privacy (8bit)

• tokenpit.fun uses a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. It collects aggregate, non-identifying usage data and does not track you across other sites. Your wallet address is never sent to our servers or to any analytics or third-party service; connecting a wallet records only the wallet app's name (e.g., "Phantom") as an aggregate analytics event.
• Gameplay and leaderboard statistics are stored per token (e.g., win counts by token symbol), not per player, and are not linked to a wallet address or any other user identifier.

TRONORIGIN (tronorigin.io)

TRONORIGIN is operated by KeyPair Infra, LLC. The company-wide terms above apply, with the following product-specific terms and disclosures. Where they conflict, this section controls for tronorigin.io.

Attribution disclaimer — probabilistic, not definitive

• TRONORIGIN produces probabilistic origin-tracing and attribution insights, not definitive facts. Results are heuristic estimates with confidence scores, generated from public on-chain data. They may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong.
• TRONORIGIN does not identify real-world individuals or entities. It analyzes blockchain addresses and relationships; it does not tell you who controls an address.
• Not legal or financial advice, and not an accusation. TRONORIGIN's output is not legal, financial, investigative, or compliance advice, and is not a determination of wrongdoing. Always verify independently before relying on, acting on, or publishing any result. Do not use TRONORIGIN as the sole basis for any decision about any person, entity, or transaction.
• The attribution is automated output, not our assertion. Attributions, scores, labels, and related conclusions are generated automatically from public on-chain data. They are the tool's algorithmic results — not statements of fact, opinions, accusations, or endorsements by KeyPair Infra, LLC. We do not independently assert, adopt, or vouch for any particular attribution unless we expressly state so in writing.

Data handling & privacy (TRONORIGIN)

• Stateless analysis — no per-user query history. TRONORIGIN performs analysis on request; it does not keep a per-user history of the addresses you look up, and the queried address is redacted/truncated in operational logs. To speed up repeat lookups and reduce load, results are cached briefly in shared, expiring caches: the public on-chain and market data returned (balances, transactions, labels, prices) with short TTLs (historical prices, which are immutable, longer), and the computed analysis results (scores and attributions) for a short period (currently about 5 minutes), keyed by the queried address and analysis version. These are content caches shared by all users — not a log of who searched what, and not linked to you or your device.
• Third-party data providers. To analyze an address, TRONORIGIN sends requests to third-party services, which means the address you query is shared with them: TronGrid and TronScan (on-chain data) and CoinGecko (price/market data). These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
• AI-generated summaries. TRONORIGIN uses a third-party AI provider (currently Anthropic) to generate natural-language summaries of results; the analysis content — including the queried address and the top candidate addresses — is sent to that provider to produce the summary.
• Analytics (cookieless). tronorigin.io uses a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool — aggregate, non-identifying usage data only, no cross-site tracking.

No relationship with TRON; trademarks

• TRONORIGIN is an independent analysis tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TRON DAO, any token project, or any data provider named above. "TRON" and provider names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use (TRONORIGIN)

• In addition to the company-wide Acceptable Use terms, do not use TRONORIGIN to harass, defame, dox, or unlawfully surveil any person, or to make adverse decisions about an individual based on its probabilistic output without independent verification and any legally required process.
